everyone apply at the same time, the staff kena work until 9pm still kena scolding by the public.. they've been at it since the beginning of last week... saturday kena clear 1.5x the number of an ordinary day...

I see no point getting vaccinated against the h1n1 strain...and who knows what long term side effects one might get from this vaccine.

i can imagine the passport section .. because its the start of holidays and everyone wants to rush to get their passports done so that they can travel ..

lately i found the malaysia custom officers are friendly and chatty ...pretty welcoming..at the new checkpoint..

and yah...ours blank-faced ..actually... no smile, no eye contact, nothing, took the book stamp and push it back to you... dun even look at us...i thought i was in the wrong checkpoint... hahahahaa

that was an everyday occurrence since 1996 until somewhen last year..

worse, they're always in a no-win situation... if they grant the facility, someone will complain.. if they don't, someone else will complain.. so all face very black there..

well, few months back when i renewed my own passport .. it was okay. the officers there were all very polite and nice.. i went to the 3rd floor to do stuff too and they were also very nice ..

but the 4th floor, this particular officer serving me.. so black face! haha..

Its okay .. I must say, the services are very efficient now. Esp with the e-services. I totally forgot I can do some things online instead of going all the way down to there..
